Define a snippet
To define a new snippet and give it a name, you can do the following:
Open the Preferences dialog by using its desktop icon, by clicking on the Preferences button on Onboard's layout or by choosing the appropriate menu from the indicator icon.
Select the Snippets tab by clicking on it.
Click on the Add button to add a new snippet definition or click on the Remove button to delete the selected snippet.
Double click in the label or text column of a snippet to edit its name or its text.
There is also a more direct way to define a snippet: simply perform a left mouse button click and hold on a snippet button and a little dialog will appear to define title and text of the corresponding snippet.
